Bill's Note (2/06/09): Jeremy tells me he is getting his strength back after hand surgery with some of his training lifts as follows.

Getting good reps on the log with 145 KG. and should hit 160 KG.+ by Christmas

6 x Reps @ 152 KG. riverstone to 130 CM

Grip is still a problem but still managed 140 KG. for 20 meters.

Solid reps with Rack Deads at 350 KG.

365 KG. Yolk 25 meters for 14 seconds

Jeremy is looking good and showing solid numbers to challenge Derek at the 2010 Australia's Strongest Man^TM.
